British Columbia, CanadaHuckleberries are fans of wet weather, making them a favourite in BC, especially in coastal areas and from sea level to sub-alpine, ripening over a wide period based on elevation. This fruit wine is impressive in the mouth, certainly the most grape wine-like with earthy strawberry/cranberry/apple quince notes, firm acidity and tannin.
