Golden Mile Bench, Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is the second straight merlot release from Culmina following the 2013. Medicinal black cherry, pitch, thick blackberry make up this brooding and unyielding red, one that spent 16 months in French oak, 15 percent of which is new. Coffee, espresso, balsamic end tight and bitter on the finish.
