Blue Mountain Brut Rosé R.D. Méthode Traditionelle 2014
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBaked red apple, cherry, pink florals flood a plump palate, with a gentle oxidative note threading throughout the wine. Though the acidity is typically OK Falls bright and lively, it loses out to the 10g/l dosage here, leaving this a bit too friendly, and less serious, than hoped. Drinking lovely now.Tasted: 22 February 2020Tasted by: Prices:BC | $32.90 | 750ml | winery direct, private retail, restaurants |
