Swartland, Coastal Region, South AfricaFrom The Grinder, The Blue Moose is a very ripe, sweeter Swartland blend of cabernet sauvignon and shiraz. Some jammy fruit on the palate is propped with tobacco and roasted meats before the hot, short, pasty bitter finish. Tannins are soft and easy.
