Western Cape, South AfricaProtea is South Africa's national flower, and this wine, and beautifully distinctive label, pays tribute to the beautiful bloom. This is a lean, tighter chenin, with lemon and greengage, green melon, pear and green apple. Grapes from across the Western Cape were selected for this wine, fully crushed and fermented in stainless before time in stainless and ten percent in in 600L oak barrels for five months prior to bottling.
