Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOur second shot at this newer, organic, Similkameen producer. Liber Farm sources fruit from Oliver for this barrel fermented blend of sauvignon blanc and sémillon. Year two has a lighter, fresher appeal on entry, with grassy, passionfruit flavours, a rift of lees, pink grapefruit and just a hint of the oak it was aged inside. The finish is fresh with spicing, while the dried herbs (tarragon) finish tells of time in wood.
