KWV The Legend of Big Bill Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Western Cape, South AfricaRipe black fruit carries a chip wood component, cedar and ample heat in this simple, sweeter red that self proclaims itself as "Ridiculously Big" on the front label. Tannins are smoothed almost negligible, and the finish is short and powdery. Big Bill Miller was the first general manager of KWV, and also the name of a 22,000 oak vat within the winery.
