Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaThe winery's signature white blend, this is organic and dry-farmed estate sieberrebe and gewürztraminer, native fermented before a short stint in stainless on the lees. Tight lemon blossom, yellow apple, thistle on a thick bed of lees. The yeasty lees jockeys with the perfumed fruit, resulting in discord.
