Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaGinger pervades this off-dry gew, from ale, to snap, to spice. The palate is gummy bear round and gushy, with rosewater flecked with pear, nectar, litchi. One third oak fermentation ups the richness and body but this wine could use a little more electricity to match.
