Blue Grouse Quill Dry White 2017

British Columbia, CanadaUsing fruit from both Comox and Cowichan Valleys, this DVA Vancouver Island white is a blend of schonburger, sieberrebe and gewürztraminer in 2017, all fermented cool and with time in stainless. The crisp, taut island fruit is apparent with slim grapefruit, green apple, tangerine and melon on a medium palate. The finish is sharp and steel-like, almost clinically-so, with some faint anise.
