Bartier Bros. Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNew from Bartier Bros. this is 100 percent sauvignon blanc hand-harvested on a respectably late September 11th off the Black Sage Terrace. The spare Bartier style is in play here with minerality and stony notes dominating the light grapefruit and white peach. The wine spends only five months in stainless steel, on its yeast lees.
