Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandFrom the cellar. White asparagus, flake salts, meadow herbs and lees fill the frame of this Marlborough chardy, from one of the leading biodynmic wineries of NZ. Grapes from their home vineyard as well as Raupo Creek were native fermented, whole bunch pressed into French barriques, five percent new, for almost one year. White peach, white grapefruit showing slight honeycomb with the time in bottle.
