Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWe have described this wine as being in another league from most BC pinot gris, and from around the world for that matter, and in 2016 we would like to double down on that. The freshness is back in 2016 along with texture and mouthfeel in what is a 60/40 stainless steel/oak fermented white. Lively fresh bright and with a creamy mouthfeel. More mineral than fruity with strips of citrus and lees. Just beginning to gather itself you can drink this now with food or hold it for another year in bottle.
