Synchromesh Wines Four Shadows Vineyard Riesling 2016
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSynchromesh, and founder / winemaker / powered by riesling inspirer Alan Dickinson, has earned the title as THE riesling producer in Canada, on par with the best anywhere. Four Shadows Vineyard sits on the southern end of the Naramata Bench, facing Penticton. Alan works with two blocks of riesling from the sloping site. The 2016 is round and expansive in the mouth, textured with much honey, talc, red apple, ripe pear, fine dusted spice.
