Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCola perfumes this thorny, earthy, dry-ish cab franc from this new Similkameen Valley winery. The fruit is organically farmed and projects perfumed violets, plums, dried blackberries that spill on to a textured palate with a grippy stony spice. This young red will gain favour the longer it's opened, and works well now with grilled pork or lamb chops.
