Lillooet, British Columbia, CanadaPure, streamlined lime pulp, lemon blossom and ripe pear open mark this late harvest riesling, sourced from Fort Berens estate vineyard in Lillooet—harvested in early November 2016. Clean, bright and shining with pear, white honey, rosewater, petals, to lingering finish. At 90 g/l RS, this is certainly not lacking in sugar, but the acidity keeps it aloft. Drink with pear clafouti or peach creme caramel.
