Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis pale pink pinot noir rosé is from a single estate block (Block 1), fermented over 28 days in stainless steel. Full bodied and plumped with glycerol, this is wild strawberry jam, tight raspberry and rhubarb pie, striated with peppery spice to a snappy finish. A bump of sugar and alcohol suggest this is a rosé that is best served with food ideally something with a bit of kick to temper the sugar.
