Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaTime Syrah is from the sandy loam soils of Sundial Vineyard on Black Sage Bench and aged for a year in French oak. You get the ripe southern Okanagan sun from first whiff: sweet candied blackberries, which carries to the full, soft and plush palate. Ripe plums, sweet raspberry jam, violets and light peppery spice join in before the short, powdery, sweet wooded finish.
