ArgentinaThis deep coloured rosé is a limited edition dulce natural rosé of bonarda. Hence, it is a a deeply sweet rosé dessert wine, with fermentation stopped with cold temperatures, preserving the natural sugar. Perfumed cherry blossoms, pear nectar, strawberry shortcake is scented with rosehips and pink peppercorns. Ideal for pairing with, yes, strawberry shortcake, as well as berry tarts or chocolate brownies. A swell of bright acidity easily carries the sweetness on the silky palate.
