Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBench 1775 released two malbecs this vintage, one from "Okanagan Valley", and this one, "Similkameen Valley." Both are exclusive for their Wine Club. Potent blueberry, fragrant violets and herbal fennel throughout this concentrated big red, the potency matched with a bright lift of acidity. Ripe and full on the palate, sculptured with muscular, lightly powdery tannins and supported by a firm cushion of black plum.
