Singletree Winery Homestead White 2015
Fraser Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWhat a difference a year makes. Singletree started planting vines in Fraser Valley's Mt. Lehmann in 2011 and opened their wine shop in 2015. This is a blend of estate pinot gris, grüner veltliner, chardonnay and kerner, all co-fermented in stainless steel. It’s lively, fresh and has a touch of lees adding texture and mouthfeel that makes it all that more attractive on the palate. The ripe flavours of red apple, honey and spice add even more to the mix.
