British Columbia, CanadaTrue to name, this is a white that has spent time on the lees. In this case, Peachland chardonnay and Armstrong pinot gris were united in a 50/50 blend that was fermented in stainless and then underwent weekly battonage for six months. A lovely creamy mouthfeel carries notes of sour lemon, yellow apple blossoms and quiet pear.
