Each parcel is kept separate until the final blend is put together. You can expect bright wild strawberry aromas and flavours to prevail, with persistent baking spices, earthy notes and soft, silky textures. This 100 percent Pinot Noir aged in French oak (20 percent new) and spends a short eight months in barrel to help pull its many fruit components together.
