FranceFrom a stellar vintage this ’05 Pomerol is completely ready to drink. There was optimal maturity and the fresh, ripe, juicy black fruit has seemingly soaked up all the new oak barrels used here. The style is soft, supple and as hedonistic as Bordeaux can get.
