Stag's Hollow Pinot Noir 2014

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaExpect a fresh pinot character here with savoury, pine, almost Oregon undertones. The mix is clone 115 in Okanagan Falls and Osoyoos, and the Ritter clone form Okanagan Falls. Minimal winemaking, it spent about 15 months in old wood before bottling. Look for a spicy, ripe nose of red fruits - cherries and raspberries with a hint of cola in the back end. A pleasant easy-drinking style that would be perfect with a piece of grilled salmon. Good value.Tasted: 26 September 2016Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
