Undurraga Sibaris Pinot Noir Gran Reserva 2014

Valle de Leyda, Valle de San Antonio, Region de Aconcagua, ChileThis Leyda Valley pinot noir opens with roasted branch and tar, carrying through to a sweeter, ripe, black and red fruited body. Earthy mushrooms, roasted red pepper and poultry spice dominate the fleshy palate, overshadowing the warm, round fruit. The finish is shorter and warm. Certainly much more old school Chile than finessed pinot, but would suit hearty beef or pork stews.Tasted: 31 August 2016Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
