Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaYear three of Hillside's pinot program using Naramata fruit is looking good. The nose is a mix of mineral, rhubarb, strawberry flavours with flecks of savoury/smoky dried herbs. The attack is dry and fresh with more rhubarb, pepper, cherry tobacco flavours.
