The entry is dry and elegant with well-contained tannins. On the palate the fruit does a perfect dance to support the licorice, cherry/tar and savoury, celery salt flavours. A food-friendly, lighter style nebbiolo with fine elegance. Try this with your favourite mushroom dishes.
