Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBig, dark and brooding, the Tim Buck Two line from Vancouver Island's Unsworth Vineyards is made from 10 percent Cabernet Libre from the Island, and 90 percent Merlot from the Naramata Bench. Dark berry compote, dusky spices and sappy resin fill the full bodied wine, plumped up with tobacco and smoked wood. Tannins are rustic, though smoothed with some time in bottle.
