Tinhorn Creek Pinot Noir 2013
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRed currant, cranberry, cherry, cola and earthy, wet forest prevails on this tart pinot noir, sourced from Black Sage Bench's Diamondback Vineyard and Golden Mile Bench's Tinhorn Creek Vineyard. This was partially fermented in older barrels, where they remained on lees for eighteen months. Tannins are sticky and acidity is lifted, right through to a candied cinnamon note on the warm finish.Tasted: 10 June 2016Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:BC | $21.49 | 750ml | specialty listing, vqa and private wine shops |
