Tinhorn Creek Pinot Noir 2010

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaEarthy, savoury, tobacco, strawberry jam, cola, and celery salt nose flecked with liquorice root aromas. The palate is fresh, dry and elegant with herbal, spicy, coffee, tobacco, carrot top, strawberry and rhubarb flavours. Solid if a bit austere at the moment, at least in the finish. This should benefit from another year or two in bottle. Try now with duck.Tasted: 08 November 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
