Mission Hill Five Vineyards Cabernet Merlot 2013
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIn my mind, the best BC value brand out there, consistently sound from year to year, and representing the Okanagan in an approachable way. The Cabernet Merlot carries the twiney, rope-hewn black fruit of Okanagan cabernet sauvignon alongside black plum, bitter black cherry, tobacco and toasted wood. Tannins are chewy and sticky, propping up the dense sun-ripened fruit. Crack and drink now with grilled meat.Tasted: 12 February 2016Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:SK | $18.00 | 750ml | |
