Mission Hill Five Vineyards Cabernet Merlot 2008
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaClassic BC red with its savoury cassis nose, coffee grounds and black sage aromas. The attack is elegant with dry, earthy, lean red fruit flavours reminiscent of cranberries mixed with black olives, resin and more coffee grounds. The finish is firm and dry. Perfect for grilled flank steak and /or other barbecued meats. Not as austere as previous editions.
