The goal is to create biodiversity to help the fruit fully express their natural flavours and aromas. This cabernet franc, is certified organic and designated Pays d’Oc. Expect an enticing mix of soft floral spice scented fruit. The palate is soft with a fine mix of cedar, resin and black fruit all in balance. The tannins are fine-grained; the finish medium long.
