Vin de Pays d'Oc, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceThe 40/30/20/10 blend is a mix of syrah, grenache noir, carignan and mourvèdre fermented in stainless steel. The wine is aged in older barrels for 9 months giving it room to breathe but adding no real oak to the mix. The attack is rich and vibrant with meaty notes and big plummy red fruit and licorice with a wallop of spicy dried herbs or garrigue.
