Pegasus Bay Riesling 2010
Waipara Valley, South Island, New ZealandAn underrated riesling producer this older Pegasus white is delicious mix of apples, limes and stony, floral notes. The palate is packed full of juicy red apple, lemon-lime, mineral, orange flavours somewhat reminiscent of a Mosel riesling with a bright acid finish. This was built for the long run and in 2015 it’s just beginning to hit its stride.
