Le Paradou Cinsault Rosé 2014

Sud de France, FrancePale peach in hue, this dry rosé brings wild scrubby herbs and thorny raspberry aromas through to the medium-bodied palate. Crisp and juicy with tayberry, rhubarb and blood orange fruit, and an underlay of fine stony spice. Nice cushion of concentration here, finishing off with bitter cherry and wild herbs. A good dose of white pepper and a lick of salt on the finish encourages pouring with charcuterie. Fantastic value.Tasted: 28 September 2015Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
