Chablis, Burgundy, FranceSpicy, light lees, lemon, grassy nose with bits of honey, baked green apple, struck matchstick, herb and vanilla aromas. Dry, fresh, juicy, round, elegant palate with lime, green apple, salty seashell, grassy, quince and chalk flavours with some lees and seaweed on the finish. Good intensity and length but very youthful despite the texture and structure.
