Chablis, Burgundy, FranceFloral, seashell, grassy, pear skin, green apple, light honey aromas. Dry, fresh, crisp, and juicy, round palate. Grassy, green apple, honey, seaweed, light lees, spicy, nettle flavours. Still very youthful with good acidity on the finish with an oyster shell note but has finesse.
