Ventoux, Southern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceCinsault, grenache and syrah make up this classically styled Rhone rosé, a pretty salmon hue in the glass. Salt, cherries and strawberries fill the nose and spill over to the lean palate. A cushion of candied cherries supports scrubby herbs, rock rose, tart rhubarb and subtle stony spice.
