Black Hills Viognier 2014

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAlways lush and rich the 2014 is no different. The nose is suitably exotic with apricots, honey, star anise, baked pear and apples. The palate is equally rich and voluptuous with mandarin, quince, lemon, ginger and honeyed pear. Texture and length in the finessed finish with just a faint oiliness and lasting impression. A rich wine, belying its 13.3 percent alcohol.Tasted: 25 October 2015Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Treve RingPrices:
