Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis Bordeaux-styled big red is sourced from Oliver and Osoyoos fruit, half of which is merlot. Partially whole cluster and shared between French and American oak, this wine is left to rest for 18 months in wood before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. These choices have resulted in dusky cassis, perfumed black cherry and spiced raspberry jam sitting plumply on soft, ripe tannins. Dried herbs and rasped cedar through the finish.
