Stag's Hollow Heritage Block 2011
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaHeritage Block is a Bordeaux-style red where merlot and cabernet franc dominate with just seven percent cabernet sauvignon added for structure. A mix of French and American oak used for 18 months gives it a more easy-sipping textures. Look for impressive dark cherry fruit flavours and friendly soft tannins. Bits of spice and milk chocolate mark the finish. Just about any grilled meats will work here.
