Haywire White Label Pinot Noir Raised Concrete 2013
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNot a lot intervention here, the fruit is fermented in concrete tanks then spend time in old French oak barrels before heading to bottle. The textures are soft and round the fruit very sweet with that south Okanagan dried herbs character. It’s a fragrant mix of sweet strawberry fruit with earthy, stony mineral notes with a hint of spicy worsteshire sauce.
