Château Beaulieu is the largest estate in the AOP appelation Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and has been owned successively by some of the top families of Provence over hundreds of years. Heady sous bois, florals and cherry aromas lead to a medium bodied, firmer palate. Red currant, tart cranberry, rhubarb and white pepper finish with pithy pink grapefruit and a bit of lingering heat.
