Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBig smoky, coffee, vanilla nose laced with tobacco, dried herbs, black cherry jam, prune, barnyard, leather, black olive aromas. Dry, tight, warm palate with some leaner, astringent tannins in the back end. Cherry jam, prune, smoky oak, chocolate, coffee, olive, leather, savoury herb and tea leaf flavours. Finish is dry and somewhat hard with some leafy tannins and a touch of pruny-ness. Needs 3-5 years to round out but will always be very dry.
