Today 11 terraces at 200 to 300 metres, facing southeast grow organically and the results are super. Smoky, red fruits and plums with a floral, stony, garrigue aromas preview a juicy, spicy, fresh, raspberry jam, licorice, savoury, red wine. Perfect with most summer grilled meats.
