Taken Red Wine 2011
Napa Valley, California, United StatesTobacco, black olive, cedar, floral, cassis, chocolate, earthy, peppery aromas. Round, dry, fresh, slightly lean but elegant palate with light tannins. Coffee, peppery, chocolate, cedar, tobacco leaf, black olive, resin, licorice, cassis and green bean flavours with a smoky leather, savoury note on the finish. Needs a few years to integrate the fruit and tannins but an otherwise solid effort. Steak anyone.Tasted: 12 May 2015Tasted by: Stuart TobePrices:BC | $38.39 | 750ml | BCLS |
