Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCarrot top, celery salt, cedar, meaty, rhubarb, floral, vanilla, light raspberry aromas. Dry, fresh, round, elegant palate with a touch of austerity. Strawberry, rhubarb, peppery, tobacco leaf, carrot top, light lees, vanilla, coffee, cedar flavours. Good intensity and finesse but could use a few years to integrate. Made from three clones, 667 115 and Pommard adding to its charm and complexity.
