Township 7 Cabernet Sauvignon 2011

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaTownship 7 sources is cabernet from the Blue Terrace Vineyard in Oliver and mixes it with about 15 percent merlot to smooth out the edges. Not nearly as cool as the 2010 hence the ripe plum fruit flecked with blackberries and black cherries. The tannins are in check balancing the rich black fruit flavours with a savoury, cedar, undercurrent. Not near ready to drink but you could serve it now with a steak or venison.Tasted: 23 December 2014Tasted by: Prices:
